This section describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy (our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights):

• No cancellation charge until the day of the planned delivery.
• If the skip is cancelled on the day of the planned delivery, Ethos Recycling will reimburse 50% of the paid price.
• Orders must be cancelled by phone on 0844 844 0180 and an order cancellation number will be given as proof of cancellation.
• No refund will be payable once the skip has been delivered to the delivery address.
