Design and Build Solutions
Ethos recycling have specialist internal staff that can take existing designs or ideas and turn these into working drawings and plans. We can also offer advice on planning issues.
We work closely with the client’s own designers and planners if preferred, and our project managers are there to liase with those of the client.

Through our partnerships with Glendale Golf and Weller Designs we have the ability to offer all aspects of building a quality course. Ethos Recycling are able to offer not only the soils and machinery, but also a completely finished product from an idea right through to the final tees & greens if this is what the customer requires. All work is carried out to the highest standard and meets all the requirements with regard to legislation and Health & Safety.
Right now, somewhere in the country a golf course is being constructed using inert soils. The government want all of us to re-use things such as paper, wood, glass, tin cans, etc. Many of us think only of household waste when we think about recycling. Do you realise how many thousands of tons of soil have to be moved each year from motorways, building tunnelling and other construction projects? These soils are then termed to be waste.
The costs in moving and dumping these inert soils is immense and often the only place we have to put them is into a hole in the ground (Landfill) The government are discouraging all of us in various forms from using landfill sites. So where are these soils supposed to go?
Ethos Recycling use these inert soils to build golf courses amongst other things and in doing so we can generate additional income for our clients, whilst helping the environment and providing a service.
To demonstrate how committed we are to give you the highest standards and our desire to meet customer expectations, take a look at some of our completed projects below. Ethos were instrumental to the extension of the existing 18 holes by increasing the course to an extended 27 hole championship golf course through utilising the methods we have described above.
Course: Stonebridge Golf Club
Location: Meriden

To further demonstrate our ability we are currently completing a stunning arena style 18 hole golf course.
Course: The Heritage Golf Course
Location: Potters Crouch, Hemel Hempstead

Having worked predominantly with private estate owners we understand how important and personal these projects are to our clients, and whilst creating the desired scheme, we try to develop close relationships to ensure the local populations needs, surroundings and environment is not in danger.
